ABOUT YELLOW RHINO

Hi, I'm Selina, a speaker, facilitator and personal identity coach.

Drawing on my experiences with cultural exploration, vanlife, international education and well being services provision, I offer talks, group workshops and 1:1 sessions.

As well as face to face work, I offer follow up digital resources to mentor you through life's big questions - whether it's redefining yourself during times of transition, developing curiosities, embracing a nomadic lifestyle and managing loneliness,  or connecting with the global community.

Together, we will turn uncertainty into clarity and help you live authentically.

After all - if you don't know who you really are, how will you function at full capacity?

At a festival? No problem.

From the heart of a cabin-style campervan, you can take part in a CABIN CHAT. Coaching can even be carried out on the move - if you're at a campsite or festival.

VISION

Developing curious and resilient mindsets in an evolving world

CORE VALUES

Gratitude:  Such an important element to our work, gratitude helps us appreciate the here and now, to celebrate the small achievements. By pausing to know we are part of a living process that everyone globally is also part of, we can bring awareness to our own achievements.

Innovation: At YELLOW RHINO we do things a little differently. We utilise all your senses and tackle the smaller problems little by little in a constant circle of check, refine, improve, celebrate. At the heart is exploring what we enjoy, what we want to learn and what we already know, before putting it into practise.

Energy: You will feed off the energy we share; the interactive sessions will keep you fuelled up!

Impact: As with any forward-thinking system, our whole purpose is to create an impact. We aim for a measurable impact on your well being so we know what we’re doing is needed, and works.

Growth: We will grow with you and share your journeys. Individual and group sessions create a positive and safe space where you can share your story, whilst beginning to write the next chapter. You won't be judged on setbacks or pitfalls as you continue to grow as a whole human being.

Bridge Over River

MISSION STATEMENT

Encouraging people to reach their limitless potential as global citizens through finding identity, and balancing stability with life long learning and transformation.

WHERE DID THE NAME COME FROM?

The inspiration behind the name comes from a local statue that links the connection to Plymouth. The Plymstock Rhino is found near a roundabout in Plymstock and represents some fossilised remains of animals found nearby.

As an animal itself the rhino is named after its famous horn. It’s a real life unicorn! Or as we like to think of it - a UNIQUE HORN. Think of using this own to charge at life - to tackle a difficult situation head on and not hide away from it. Like some of us, rhinos may look tough, but their skin is actually quite sensitive. You can find them in various places around the world and they vary in type and personality.

Yellow. A bright, happy, primary colour, yellow can signify different emotions and meanings, but the ones we love to associate with are freshness, happiness, positivity, clarity, energy, optimism, enlightenment, remembrance, intellect, honour, loyalty, and joy.
